Maverick entertainer, Charly Boy has said he will be holding a thanksgiving service to appreciate God for sparing his life while he battled with prostate cancer for several years.
In a statement made available to Per Seconds News, the socio-political activist said surviving the deadly cancer after almost 10 years could only be made possible by God, adding that holding a thanksgiving to appreciate Him could not have come at a better time.
Charly Boy, who calls himself the Area Father of Nigeria, recently underwent a successful surgery after battling with the ailment for weeks, described the experience and process of being fit again as difficult.
The pioneer of ‘Our Mumu Don Do’ protest, said he would be thanking God on Sunday for sparing his life.
He wrote: “Tomorrow I dey go thank God for sparing my life from prostate cancer.
