Another trigger-happy policemen has shot and killed an INEC staff in a commercial bus conveying the staff and some youth corps members in Delta State after the elections on Saturday.
The youth corps members were also injured in the shooting incident.
According to Mr Udoh Tom, the Resident Electoral Commissioner in Delta, the policemen at a checkpoint in Ukwuani local government area shot at the commercial bus conveying election materials.
“The commercial bus was shot at after the driver refused to stop at the police checkpoint.”
The injured youth corps members are still at a hospital receiving treatment.
