Feverish jubilation on Saturday greeted the Labour Party Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi’s winning of strongholds of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in 10 polling units at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
