BridgeGap introduces innovative app to ease recruitment processes, reduce bottlenecks

In pursuit of its goal of optimizing human resource activities and procedures in the workplace, BridgeGap Consults Limited has introduced 56 Bridge, a recruiting software which will revolutionize job applications, boost effectiveness, and lessen bottlenecks in the recruitment process for organizations.

The 56 Bridge app, launched on August 9, 2022, in Lagos, is primed to help businesses find and employ elite talent from all around the world, and in the same vain, job applicants can submit applications, take exams, and attend interviews from the convenience of their homes.

Mosunmola Obembe, Director of Operations for BridgeGap Consults Limited, 56 Bridge’s parent company, said during the launch ceremony that the app is a cost- and time-effective end-to-end recruitment platform where candidates’ shortlisting and interview processes are re-defined for a better talent addition to organizations.

“With 56 Bridge, employers of labour can easily shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, review and rate candidate’s interview responses as well as conduct employment tests while generating a comprehensive recruitment report.

“On the other hand, candidates can also create profiles, download resumes and take interviews,” Obembe said.

On his part, the Director, Marketing & Business Development at BridgeGap Consults Limited, Chiedozie J. Egbe, rolled out the unique features of 56 Bridge to organisations and job seekers which include job postings that allow organisations post jobs for potential applicants and employment tests where recruiters set tests for job seekers.

Other features of 56 Bridge are Video Interviews, where interview questions are set and candidates can take such interviews from any location.

The app also include Candidate Ratings, which allows scoring of candidates on the go; Video Library, Analytics Reports and SMS/Email Interview Invites.

Egbe explained that applicants using the app can also enjoy a number of benefits including profile and automatic CV creation, job applications, video interview and recording of such interviews and interview notifications.

“The app allows applicants to save jobs which they are interested in and apply later,” he noted.

He further disclosed that the app will be available to users from September 5, 2022, and can be downloaded on Apple Store, Android Play store or through the website www.56bridge.com
