Ex-President Jonathan in fatal auto crash, loses two aides

A tragic traffic accident involving the motorcade of former President Goodluck Jonathan occurred in Abuja on Wednesday evening, Persecondnews reports.

Two of his aides died instantly in the accident which occurred on Abuja airport Expressway.

Jonathan, who flew into the Federal Capital Territory, however, escaped  unhurt.

“Ex-President Jonathan was on his way to his residence from the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport when the accident happened,” a source close to him said.

“Unfortunately, two of his aides died in the accident. However, Jonathan is fine and okay.”
