In Akure, the Ondo State capital, scores of houses, churches, schools and others have been shattered by defeaning multiple explosions reportedly triggered by bombs being transported to some parts of the country.

The explosions which reverberated across the city also damaged the newly constructed airport road creating craters on it.

Persecondnews reports that the truck carrying the bombs has also been buried on the road with the people on board.
