The Senate Leader, Ahmed Lawan on Saturday said that the opposition PDP will cease to exit after 2019 elections.

He said that the 9th bi-cameral house members will be dominated by elected members of the All Progressives Congress after 2019 general elections.

“The current crisis in the NASS is being initiated by the opposition members deliberately to frustrate and divert the President’s attention, alleged Lawan in Bauchi shortly after north east APC national executive council meeting.

He said the exhausting, near-constant chaos in the relationship between the executive and the legislature is the handiwork of the PDP.

He said once APC dominates the NASS the current face-off between the executive and the legislatures will stop.
