The picture shows how lack of equipment, resources is hampering Nigeria police in fight against crime.  The picture have become a viral phenomenon, spurring a wider outrage from the public.

“Without the proper equipment and resources at their disposal, we cannot expect members of the Nigerian Police Force, to perform their duties at anything like an optimal level,”  says Idris Mobolaji, a security expert.
