Nigeria’s FowlPlay Wins AfroWest PUBG Mobile Championship

Nigeria’s FowlPlay team has been crowned champion of the AfroWest PUBG Mobile tournament, demonstrating the nation’s rising dominance in mobile gaming.

The team used exceptional skill and strategy to outplay opponents from 12 other West African countries in the regional esports event.

FowlPlay’s victory over Senegal was marked by impressive statistics, including 64 PP (Play of the Play) and 55 eliminations, showcasing their dominance in the game.

The team’s performance was further bolstered by 109 TP (Teleport) moves, the highest on the standings.

This impressive run earned them the top spot in the tournament.

Nigeria’s NEON OUTLAWS who also won the Grand Finale MVP, with 22 eliminations, 347 avg damage in 10 matches secured third place in the AfroWest PUBG Mobile Championship.

This achievement highlights the growing talent and competitiveness in Nigeria’s esports scene.

The AfroWest Esports Games is a regional tournament powered by the African Confederation of Electronic Sports (ACES), featuring competitions across five different game titles with a prize pool of $3,000.

The event aims to promote esports development in West Africa and provide a platform for local talent to shine.

Nigeria’s impressive performance in the AfroWest PUBG Mobile Championship is a testament to the country’s growing esports industry.

With initiatives like the PUBG Mobile Campus Championship, which offers a N10 million prize pool and a chance to attend the PUBG Mobile Global Championship in London, Nigerian gamers are increasingly being recognized on the global stage.
