Security has been beefed up at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) and other key areas in the Federal Capital Territory as judgment is being delivered by the five-member court.

Persecondnews also reports that there is light vehicular movements in the federal capital as most people have remained indoors while awaiting the judgment.

Meanwhile, the judges, all members of the Appeal Courts across the country, have arrived to deliver their judgment.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had declared Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of the February 25 poll.

Among attendees at the court are Vice- President Kashim Shettima, the National Chairman of the Labour Party (LP), Julius Abure, his APC counterpart, Sen. Abdullahi Ganduje, Bauchi Gov. Bala Mohammed of PDP, Sen. Ireti Kingibe (LP-FCT) and former gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Anambra, Valentine Ozigbo
