The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) is set for exciting football action as the FCT FA launches the 2026 League with fixtures across four groups and a strong emphasis on professionalism and fair play.
Alhaji Usman Ilerika, Secretary of the FCT FA, confirmed that all preparations have been finalised to guarantee the smooth and successful organisation of the competition.
Matches will be staged at the Area 10 Old Parade Ground and Area 3 Playing Ground, with participating clubs expected to compete in an atmosphere defined by fairness, discipline and professionalism.
The association said it is committed to delivering a competition that meets the highest professional standards, assuring every club of a level playing field while urging strict respect for the rules and the spirit of fair play.
It urged clubs, players, coaches and officials to set an exemplary standard, as football development in the FCT can only thrive in an environment built on integrity, sportsmanship and mutual respect.
