Information gathered by Per Second News on Friday revealed that the concert had started on peaceful note with artistes performing one after the other while the crowd cheering them.

However, midway into the event, it took a violent turn as hoodlums suspected to be cultists stormed the venue of the concert.

Pictures and videos from the event shared on social media showed that many sustained injuries from the attack, including Shmurda who was left with a bloodied eye and swollen face.

The host, Poco Lee, was seen lamenting the incident in another video.

In the video, he could be heard saying, “What’s going on? How they [guest artists] wan take come back next time?

“It’s not making sense. The whole artists I promised you, they are all here. But these guys [the hoodlums] don’t listen.”

Shmurda, it was gathered, was not the only artiste attacked by the suspected cultists as his counterpart Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, also known as Odumodublvck, was also chased away from the stage by the hoodlums whose activities ensured that the show ended abruptly while other students were scampering for safety.

In a viral video on Twitter, Bella Shmurda was seen escorted out of the premises with a swollen face.
