Chelsea FC made history in the UEFA Conference League, securing a staggering 8-0 victory over Armenian Premier League side Noah at Stamford Bridge.

This win eclipses Nordsjaelland’s 7-1 win over Ludogorets in last season’s group stage, setting a new record for the competition.

The match began with a nervy start for Chelsea, as Noah’s Goncalo Gregorio tested Filip Jorgensen’s goalkeeping skills within the first three minutes.

Joao Felix also missed an open goal from inside the six-yard box, adding to Chelsea’s early tension.

However, the tide quickly turned in Chelsea’s favour when Tosin scored off Enzo Fernandez’s corner kick.

Marc Guiu doubled the lead shortly after restart, capitalizing on Noah’s loss of possession. Axel Disasi then scored from another corner kick, making it 3-0.

Felix redeemed himself with a skilful lob over Noah’s goalkeeper, Ognjen Chancharevich, before Mykhailo Mudryk added a stunning fifth goal with a curling finish.

Felix scored his second goal just before halftime, bringing the score to an incredible 6-0.

Chelsea’s dominance continued in the second half, despite a less urgent approach.

Christopher Nkunku found the net from a tight angle after his initial shot was saved and later converted a penalty following a VAR review.

This sealed Chelsea’s record-breaking 8-0 victory.

With this win, Chelsea tops the Conference League standings with three matches played. The Blues have smashed 16 goals, conceding only three, and boast the best goal difference of +13.
