Turkish side Galatasaray, Napoli agree to loan deal for Osimhen

"Napoli have accepted a straight loan proposal but with no option to buy, and Galatasaray to cover about £10m of his salary"

Napoli have reached an agreement with Galatasaray to sign Victor Osimhen on a one-year loan deal.

The Nigerian international was unable to complete a transfer deal with Chelsea just before the transfer window in England closed and subsequently missed out on a move to Saudi Arabian team Al-Hilal.

As per transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, he said: “Napoli have accepted a straight loan proposal but with no option to buy, and Galatasaray to cover about £10m of his salary.”

It now remains to be seen if Osimhen would give the green light to the move.

Napoli has announced that Osimhen would not be reintegrated into the squad after a frustrating transfer debacle that saw Romelu Lukaku brought in as a direct replacement for Osimhen.
