Mr. Peter Obi, the 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party, who turned 63 today, was on Friday felicitated by a socio-political group – The Collective Movement (TCM), describing him as a great leader and source of inspiration for youths.

It praised Obi, the former governor of Anambra, for his leadership qualities and wished him continued success in his future endeavors.

In a statement on Friday in Lagos, High Chief Franklin Ekechukwu, the founder of TCM, also prayed for Obi’s day to be filled with joy, love, and happiness.

Mr. Edwin Nwachukwu, the group’s Director of Media, wished the “game changer” in the 2023 general elections more years of significant service to the nation and blessings in a statement he signed.

“You are a force in the hearts of millions of Nigerians as a mentor and leader who can help to salvage the nation, especially the youth who look up to you.

“You are an experienced businessman and successful politician, with so many victories won through your bravery and resilience.

“I appeal to you on behalf of TCM not to abandon a mission you once shared just because of some arrogant and selfish individuals who disrespected you and created a crisis in the PDP in Anambra State, compelling you to exit the party,” Ekechukwu said.

He appealed to Obi to consider coming back to renew the dream ticket once again, “The Atiku/Obi Dream’’.

The TCM founder added: “Your Excellency, you witnessed the backlash against that decision from the elite members of the party against Atiku Abubakar, but he stood his ground.
