Mavin Records founder, Don Jazzy, has dismissed claims that he receives money from celebrities or entertainers to promote their work on social media, insisting that every endorsement he gives comes from genuine admiration and not financial gain.

The music executive made the clarification in a post on his social media page obtained by Persecondnews, where he addressed the long-standing assumption that his public support for artistes and entertainers is often sponsored.

According to him, no one in the entertainment industry has ever paid him a dime to promote their projects or personalities.

“Nobody in the entertainment space has ever paid me a dime for promo oooo,” Don Jazzy wrote.

He added that many people mistakenly believe he is always praising entertainers because he is being compensated behind the scenes.

“You think say I be Don for mouth,” he said in Pidgin English, dismissing the speculation in a light-hearted manner.

The veteran producer explained that his kind words and public endorsements are simply his way of supporting people he appreciates, stressing that they are not influenced by financial rewards.

“The Don’s blessings na free bro,” he added, suggesting that his encouragement and support come at no cost.

Don Jazzy has built a reputation over the years for celebrating both established and upcoming entertainers on social media, often sharing their works and congratulating them on career milestones without any formal affiliation.

His latest comment has sparked reactions online, with many fans applauding his generosity and willingness to use his platform to amplify the success of others without expecting payment in return.
